The Bakers' Company Awards, The Joseph Travelling Award, the Piero Scacco Awrd and The ABIM Award 2012
The 2012 Award programme will consist of a three day course in English hosted by the renowned Richemont School in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Travelling to Lucerne on Tuesday 2nd October 2012 and returning to England on Saturday 6th October, the itinerary for the three day course will be:
Day 1 – Confectionery course
Day 2 – Bakery course
Day 3 - Organised study tour of local bakeries and patisseries.

Applications will be welcome for the above awards and interviews will also be held to select award winners from recognised Bakery Colleges and Universities.
Closing Date for Applications is 3rd May 2012
Interviews for the Joseph, Scacco and ABIM awards will be held at Bakers Hall on Thursday 15th May 2012
Interviews for student awards will be held at Bakery Colleges- University May/June 2012 or at ABST Conference Alton Towers June 15th – 17th 2012.
