The
Piero Scacco Award is made to successful applicants, enabling them to receive high quality craft training in mainland Europe, thanks to the generosity of Piero Scacco, one of the leading baking figures.
The
Joseph Travelling Award was introduced in 2002, funded from the consolidated bequests so kindly made by the Joseph family over the years. The Joseph Travelling Award is presented each year and enables the successful applicant to further his/her knowledge to the benefit of the baking industry.
