Collecting for the Red Cross

On Friday 11th 2018 May the Master set sail in his robes from the Hall together with Martina Juhascikova to raise money for the British Red Cross. Armed with buckets they paraded along London Bridge and Cannon Street collecting money for this very worthwhile charity. It was but a small part of the collections that day carried out by various Livery Companies in two hour slots. The Livery raised just short of £1,700 overall. The contribution of the Bakers’ Company was a little over £80 in two hours. It was a small but rewarding effort for a thoroughly deserving cause.
